SWAN – Participation Policy & Code of Conduct
Social Women’s Activity Network (SWAN)
Our Mission
At SWAN, we’re all about creating a vibrant, welcoming space where women can build real friendships that stick—long after the event is over. We believe the best connections start with shared experiences, so we plan activities designed to spark conversation, belly laughs, and a whole lot of trust.
Our community is built on inclusivity, support, and joy—where we cheer each other on in the good times, show up when life gets messy, and create a network that feels more like family. We also love lifting others as we rise by partnering with and spotlighting women‑owned businesses that strengthen our local community.
Inclusivity & Non‑Discrimination
SWAN is committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive environment. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other status protected by law.
While SWAN is geared toward women and women‑centered connection, all participants are expected to respect the diversity of identities, experiences, and perspectives within our community.
